Everything Specs
Chinese smartphones gained huge popularity in the last couple of years and manufacturer like Meizu isn’t an exception. Last year, Meizu released their new entry-level smartphone Meizu M5. Meizu M5 isn’t a great smartphone, to make it clear, but for the price of $141, it works well. It comes with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) installed out of the box, and when speaking of hardware, there’s nothing exceptional. An Octa-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU is what’s expected and Mali-T860MP2 GPU could be replaced with some of the Adreno counterparts. With its 2 GB (or 3 GB) of RAM, however, Meizu M5 offers a good experience for the price.
Now, camera. For the phone of this price, Meizu M5 has a pretty good camera. Here we have 13 MP camera, capable of recording full HD videos at 30 fps- not bad. The fingerprint scanner is also here, and it’s a great addition to this low-entry smartphone; definitely a highlight of this device.

On the first look, Meizu M5 looks like more expensive smartphone but it's really cheap. It has an HD display and comes with octa-core CPU and 2/3GB of RAM which is really good for this price. I recommend it for those on tight budget.
