The high-quality scanner with a resolution of 1200 x 1200 scans the documents with its fullest quality to make sure that you can print them exactly as they look. The 2331 printer is coming in a single color White that makes it look pretty good for a printer. The curvy design looks stunning going lean at the bottom. With the capacity to hold 60 pages at a time am in the input tray under 20 pages at the output tray it is more than enough for your daily usage. It can print up to 20 black drafts, 7. 5 black ISO, and 5.5 color photos per minute. It is not the fastest among the printers but still good enough for the price tag. It has a duty cycle of 1000 pages and comes with Hi-Speed USB 2.0 connectivity.
Using the printer you can easily copy scan and print your documents either in Black or color formats. The high-quality scanner will be able to scan your documents at 1200 x 1200 resolution. You can output the files in the same resolution without losing its quality. You can print your documents in A4, B5 A6, or DL envelope papers as per your convenience. It will be able to print Black drafts in A4 sizes up to 20 pages per minute. More than enough for your daily usage.
The scanned documents will be saved in JPEG, TIFF, PDF, BMP, or PNG formats as per the configuration. So, scanning documents or photos in the desired formats is no more a hard task. It can make up to 9 copies of the file at the same time at a speed of 3 copies per minute for the colored files and 6 copies for the black ones. A good option if you have moderate amounts of copies to make pretty fast.
