Everything Specs
This isn’t a smartphone for those who want astonishing performance, tons of features, multitasking or gaming. Lava A55 is aimed at less-demanding users willing to pay under $100 for an Android experience. Quad-core 1.2 GHz is the heart of this smartphone, with good performance for this price. Aside from that, Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) is here, which is a big surprise for a phone that costs around $60. Another surprise is that Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) works great on Lava A55, but don’t expect anything other than simple functions. The main camera is 5 MP camera with the addition of LED flash and the front camera is VGA- fair at this price range.
When talking about the battery, there is a Li-Ion 1550 mAh battery, which isn’t enough to power even this lackluster smartphone. It manages to endure day, maximum day and a half before being hungry for charging. Lava A55 is a good choice only if you are on a really tight budget or aren’t interested in better smartphones.

Yes i know it's about $60, but man… Lava A55 is really a bad phone. I bought it for myself quite some time ago and its performance is bad, sluggish and slow. I don't have anything good to say about it. Avoid this phone.
