Everything Specs
As you probably guessed from the 2.0 in the name, Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 is the second try to make the best headphones. It will be up to you to decide if they succeeded! We’ll take the responsibility in making them shine in the light of a true review. Let’s kickstart this – their main goal was to create a decent sized headphones that look beautiful but work flawlessly. Now you know what they say – if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. That’s why the sound quality and all the features you know and love are here to stay, and only received an upgrade.
What’s better – they wanted to upgrade their style, to make them shine brightly in your eyes. And even more – the portability was and is an issue still. We live in the day and age of people wanting as fewer cables as possible. Even if they have to use them, they prefer to manage them out of sight. You won’t have to struggle like that because of Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 specs and features. First of all, you can take the cable off, and they’ll work wirelessly. Second of all, the quality won’t suffer by doing that, so you’re safe in that department.
You might wonder, and we did too – why the 2.0 version? What was so wrong with the previous one? We’ll tell you – nothing that’s a dealbreaker, but some issues needed an upgrade. For example, the pads were too thin and small. You would get a nagging pain after prolonged use. That’s fixed, we’re glad we can tell you that, because of thicker, bigger memory foam pads that fit on your ears comfortably. In fact, you will probably forget you’re wearing them sometimes. They’re covered in leather, which gives you an idea of the level of quality and love put in. The leather isn’t ear pads exclusive, the headband is covered in leather as well.
Of course, it’s not the same type of leather, they’re dedicated to providing as much of pleasure in wearing them as possible. You might be wondering about the usage, will they manage and how good? Because they’re wireless and will hug your ears and your head, you’re free to use them during exercise. They stuck easily in our analysis, even during an intensive training in the gym. Do the noise-canceling features and the fact that you can take the cable off remind you of something?
That’s right – you probably have Sony WH-1000XM2 on your mind. They’re pretty similar in features, but in price as well. You can see the price of Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 down below, and it’s about $380. It’s time we talked about sound quality itself. In our opinion, you’ll get a good bass people are in love with today. But not overpowering, lyrics-losing bass! It’s blended very well and doesn’t sound forced. It’s important to realize, this isn’t their high-end model. For those without extreme expectations will be a pleasure to listen to. One thing we really noticed – they fell a little bit short when listening to vocals. If you’re not a sound producer, you’ll be fine, we’re sure.

I use Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 for gaming and they are one of the most comfortable headphones i've ever used. They may look robust on the picture but they really aren't. The noise cancellation is great here and i'm very satisfied with that. Strongly recommended.
