First of all, it’s important to realize that you’ll have an effortless gaming performance with this one. It doesn’t have additional weights you can set up, but it makes up for it in different ways.

You have the standard left and right click which are reinforced – in SteelSeries words, not ours. Furthermore, there’s a scroll wheel and a DPI switcher you can press for fast changes. We know there’s 16000 DPI, but we doubt you’ll use more than 4000.

On the side, there are rubber grips that will keep you stable and steady during intensive gaming sessions. There will be no sweat problems either, so you’re safe and sound to start right away. You’ll notice the OLED screen we talked about, but it’s black and white, refreshes at 10fps and sports a very slow resolution. Is all of that worth SteelSeries Rival 700 price of almost $75? We wouldn’t say, as there are some better mice out there. Now, don’t get us wrong, it’s very, very good for a plethora of games, and it will be up to you to decide if it fits your genre.
